The 7 Laws of Radiant Health
March 19th, 2008
Do you know all seven?
Law #1:
Eat healthy food in combination with the tool of occasional fasting to aid in the cleaning of impurities from your body.
Law #2:
Your personal cleanliness and hygiene are also important to remember in keeping your body as healthy as you can. This keeps away germs that could cause illness.
Law #3:
Be sure to get enough fresh air and sunshine every day. This is easy to neglect in our do-everything-from-your-own-home society.
Law #4:
Get involved in a regular exercise program to maintain your fitness. This will help not only your physical health, but your mental and emotional health as well.
Law #5:
Get adequate sleep and rest. Young people tend to burn the candle at both ends, thinking they can make it up in the long run.
Law #6:
Be sure to avoid bodily injury. Think ahead; stay alert and on guard against injury at all times.
Law #7:
Finally, resolve to build a positive mental attitude. This will greatly enhance both your physical and mental health.

True Education is so beneficial for the mind… it reminds us why we need to keep up our health, both physical and most importantly, SPIRITUALLY! Thank you so much TE, for giving us the true education that wets our appetites to strive to become the person God wants us to be!

These are really great points. At the moment the 6th Law isn’t too appealing. While trying to keep the 4th law I had a nasty accident playing basketball and ruptured the tendons in my ankle. You can look at this negativly, but look at it positivly and it helps you trust in God for healing!!

This is a neat summary. I have it as my desktop wallpaper. It would be great to have a similar one for the Seven Laws of Success.
